Delete your Whoa account

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to the owner account.
2. Open Setup > Account > Delete Whoa account.
3. Review the deletion summary and confirm the permanent deletion.

This is the fastest route because the signed-in account can be verified immediately.

Request deletion on the web

Send the request from the email address used to sign in to Whoa. Include the company name, your country, and the words "Delete my Whoa account." Do not include passwords, payment credentials, bank details, or identity documents.

Request account deletion

We may ask you to verify control of the account or company before deletion. Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law.

What is deleted

Confirmed deletion removes the Firebase sign-in account, company workspace and eligible subcollections, staff memberships and invitations, passkey credential records, notification tokens, and other Whoa application data associated with the owner or workspace. It also requests closure or cleanup of connected Stripe resources where Stripe permits it.

Financial, tax, fraud, dispute, payout, compliance, backup, or transaction records may be retained where required by law or by an independent provider. Copies already delivered to clients, accountants, Apple, Google, Stripe, banks, or tax authorities are controlled by those recipients.
